What does your company do?
Celebrating the connection between humans and nature. We are an off-grid eco-lodge that aims to inspire environmental sustainability practices for our guests and help them rejuvenate and heal through intimate experiences with nature.

2017 Graduate of Notre Dame College with a degree in International Business and Entrepreneurship 

Tell us about yourself.
Currently wearing multiple hats that include admin, sales, marketing, operations, tour guiding and general hospitality. Working vicariously on an internal operations manual and building a larger team. 

What advice do you have for students interested in entrepreneurial pursuits?
Find your target audience first, know what your lead generation process will be and identify who they are thoroughly then build your product/service around their needs. Be lean and adaptive. Be weary of the common mistake of "build it and they will come". Find "them" and then build it around them.

How did NEOSVF prepare you for an entrepreneurial lifestyle?
NEOSVF prepared me to be a better leader and forced me to be organized, strategic and methodological with the due diligence process that my team carried out each semester. The experiential learning program that NEOSVF follows helped me develop critical thinking skills that I apply every day on the job.

CEO of Notre Dame College Entrepreneurship Club, Mentor of the Notre Dame College First-Gen Center, Internships at inTouch and Drive My Way (both NEOSVF portfolio companies), Marketing Consultant at Limelight CoWorking, Volunteer Student Aid for Flashstarts Accelerator Program at StartMart, 3 years of experience in Fine Dining Customer Service, Volunteer Intructor of Financial Literacy and Basic Entrepreneurship at Junior Achievement of Greater Cleveland and Captain of the Notre Dame College Men's Varsity Soccer Team.

Dolphin Quest Eco-Lodge is currently looking for student brand ambassadors, and retreat organizers that can bring down groups of people for experiential learning retreats focusing on environmental sustainability practices, yoga, permaculture, biology and wildlife protection. Must be very proactive and have proven leadership skills and some travel experience. Commission based incentives are available for qualified organizers.
